Cool pics!

@St-Gerard, we don't live that far away. If I go north again to the first two pics, I should ask if you want to come too. Or Mt. Baker.

I have two more pics to share. I came across this place on my post-retirement ride. Just out of the blue, I round this sweeping curve in the road and the rock has changed from a beige to a dark gray. And off to my left was this landscape feature that left me awe-struck. Have you ever had an ice-cream sundae where they put a thin cookie in the top? That's what this reminds me of. So look to the left of the road...

Now a better view.

And on the right side of the road, the cliffs stand tall, erect and proud like sentinels.

Utah is incredible for the landscape.

Here are some favorite pics from my 2017 Euro bike trip. Rented a BMW F700GS. Was a good bike for the mountains,

I believe this is the Swiss side of Stelvio Pass

Those are some great photos! While serving in the Air Force, we were in Germany from January 1976 to January 1979. We "drove" around Europe in a 1973 Plymouth Satellite Stationwagon. I would have much rather "ridden' those by motorcycle!

Thanks for sharing!

Me on my cross country trip to Laguna Seca for the 93 USGP, the year Wayne Rainey suffered his career ending injuries in Italy. Met up with my fellow biker-scum from the Motorcycle Roundtable on the GEnie computer network at the races.

20 states, 20 national parks and monuments, three flags - Vermont to California, Canada to Mexico.
10,399 miles in 28 days.
