I saw a video of an ST1300 rider with a double RAM ball cover on the clutch reservoir. I have been searching and I cannot find a source to get one. Any tips on where to look?

You can make your own. Buy an extra master cylinder cover and a RAM ball on a post. Drill your new cover, install the screw through the hole and the RAM ball on the outside. Swap your new cover w/ ball for your old cover. You might fit a fiber washer under the ram ball (or inside under the screw).

I'd not hang a heavy object on this setup.

Proceed with care. The diaphram and plate diaphram are sandwiched between the cap and reservoir. Tightening the cap screws too tight can squish the diaphram causing fluid to leak and drip on your plastic. A device clamped to a ram ball can also put pressure on the diaphram by putting too much stress on the cap forward or back causing the diaphram to squish out of place.
