Good day everyone,
Ok, went to ride my 05 ST this morning and when I started it, it didnt' idle up like normal. It started loping and shaking. Felt like it wasn't running on all cylinders. I goosed the throttle and heard a "click" then it idled up. Got on it, started riding and it wouldn't stay running when stopped. Kept hearing that clicking noise. Not sure what I am hearing and what it could be. No dash lights or anything. I had to get to work so I will investigate further later. I am wondering if I have a fouled plug? I used E3 plugs when I swapped them a few months ago. Probably should have used the stock plugs.....I was trying to save a buck. That might end up costing me more money. I'll check to see if the plugs are getting spark as well....possible that is could be a back wire/coil. Yay!!! I told my wife that I was sad and that sadness equals dollar signs. LOL!!!! Any insight would be great!
Stay safe out there, and keep them both on the ground.
