ST1100 main Switch flickering

With any high mileage vehicle relays become an issue. Changing the relays as a suggestion is a good idea, there are point inside of the relays that over time will foul and cause a resistance or blockage to current passage.
PS, if one is bad, suggest you go through and change them all

Well I got the new battery this afternoon.

That fixed it. Took while to get her going as I changed fuel filter, adjusted throttle cable and such but she runs great now. Back to her usual super reliable fun bike.
