Good morning all!
I’ll make the first pot!
It’s motel coffee, so some may turn up their noses! I have a few bran muffins for the asking, as well!
We are in Perth, just getting our day started, we’ll be in Edmundston for supper & the night!
62/76 F, with rain planned for the drive.
Enjoy your day!

I love the smell of socially acceptable chemical dependence in the morning...

G'Day...

16°/24°C, damp, haze, some wind...

The father's day family lunch/gathering yesterday proceeded without incidents (despite some of the elders actually started to talk politics... ;))

noticeable traffic after the long weekend, people have suddenly unlearned how to drive or so... :cautious:
Some backlash on the bypass, hence me filtering on the ST, still uncommon here, so proceeded with caution...
Except one van driver not looking it worked astonishingly well...

Back in the mine (office), dull...
Office Inet on the fritz since Friday... first the Inet access got sketchy, soon the VOIP failed too...
Thursday night the DSL model decided to crash just while the firewall attempted a scheduled firmware-update...
Techs were here, access still dropping randomly...

have a good day!

good morning all. thanks for the coffee Brian. 75F on the dog walk with a full moon that it is so bright that it has washed the stars out. I had to look really hard to find any. not much planed except a blood draw at 10:30 this morning. the high should hit 100F. enjoy the day.

stay safe

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee start, Brian.

It's foggy and 57 in MA this morning, rising to 67 with rain predicted.

Yesterday's plan fell apart, after I spent the morning at the restaurant, installing more outside lighting.
Instead, we called Joe and Megan, and spent the afternoon with them and the grandkids. Oliver is sleeping constantly, while Elouise is a bouncy almost-two-year-old. We took them to a local playground, where she enjoyed playing on the equipment. We also got to hear her rendition of "Itsy Bitsy Spider". Oliver was unimpressed, him beeing wrapped up like a papoose on his mother.
They had some dinner plans, so we left and had ours closer to home.

Today, we'll pack for our trip North to the Penguin Road Race School, and ultimately the Loudon Classic.

Enjoy the day,
Steve

Thanks Brian, enjoy your wanderings around.
Another cloudy / possibly stormy hot day here, but the nights have been nice and bright due to that round solar reflector in the sky. Good for dog walking.
But I've been dawdling and browsing and sipping for too long on a weekday, and must get us out of here. I wish our internet would drop out fir a while. Lots to do at the office.
See y'all later.

It was a blissful night's sleep...i actually awoke to my alarm for once, which meant I was late getting up. Zoinks! Got the herd fed and lunch ready, slathered some PB on a bagel and grabbed some coffee for the road, thanks Brian!

A steamy 74F/23C here, summer is almost here. Just work today, then maybe some garage work on the Poulan or house cleaning... Dunno. Haven't thought that far ahead. Not very exciting. Take care y'all!

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the motel coffee Brian. By now you're likely long gone, so there's a pot of French roast for anyone who tries to get Brian's leftovers only to find that the hotel cleaners have emptied his pot down the drain.

It's sunny and 73°F (feels like 83) in Rockville, expecting a high around 83 (which will likely feel more like 90 or so).

Mulan doesn't know it but she has a vet appointment in 20 minutes (eek! how'd it get to be so late already?) for her monthly Solensia injection. Solensia is a drug that eases the symptoms of arthritis; she was walking with a pronounced limp for a while before we started the shots and now she's noticeably more sprightly so they must be working.

Other than that, I'll do a final pre-departure load of laundry (who wants to come home from traveling, to laundry that's been sitting in the hamper for three weeks? not me) and final packing and general whatnot.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Morning Brian & All from sunny, Southern Utah!

The pattern of sunny in the morning, cloudy with possible thunderstorms in the afternoon, continues. Right now it is 80F, heading for 87F, but, we'll be doing a Costco run and the temp down there is expected to be around 102F! :redface-2x:

Since my old Garmin 660 is pretty much dead (it doesn't want to come on when hot), Chris told me to get a new one for Father's Day. So I ordered a Zumo XT2. I'll move my Zumo XT to my truck and the Zumo XT2 will be on the motorcycles. :)

I was able to mow and trim the lawns and even removed a few dozen weeds, but I still have many weeds to remove, so I'll continue on that tomorrow. :box1:

Boiled eggs, bacon, toast & a Pepsi to wash it down with. (Two reasons to go to Costco is to get more OJ & Pepsi)

Anyone :bl13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:

Morning all! It's a gorgeous sunny day outside with some high cloud. Currently 17C, 21 C to come.

A bit late to the party thanks to a series of early interminable meetings ("I know that's not what you want the contract to mean, but that's what it says....don't shoot the messenger").

The weather made for a nice ride into work on the ST. At one intersection, I was waiting for the light to change and three bikes on the cross street did a "Uey" at the light right in front of me. 2 out of the 3 were ST's, one black and one white along with their fellow traveller on a .....Harley maybe, I wasn't really looking at his bike. Made for a nice surprise. I occasionally run into another black ST in the mornings on the way to work, he's heading towards Blanshard as I head for the parking garage on Fisgard. Good to see some fellow ST owners out and about.

Keith, Solensia you say....only for kitties....pity......

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good afternoon. So got out on Lady, we have been to London Drugs for Mixed nuts, Lordco parts for 2 quarts of oil, and Canadian tire for Small mirrors to put on the bike mirror so I can see behind me. Having lunch then oil change time for Lady, and figure out where I'm putting the blind spot mirrors. Cheers G

Blind spot mirrors installed, Sun has gone down, will test ride tomorrow. To see any thing in them had to put them on rather different than I thought they would go. Cheers talk tomorrow morning for Coffee, GIMG_6982.jpgIMG_6990.jpg

Looking good. Just don't fall into the trap of thinking that you no longer need to do shoulder checks when changing lanes.
