That's milemarker zero.....the southernmost spot of the southernmost road in the southernmost state of Florida (inside joke, if you ever get to Key West there's houses that have signs like that).........anyway Hiway 1..........and yes it was raining like 'ell...............ff.........BTW, notice the temp.....I think that was the 4th of January.....................

Well... not quite... Highway 1 starts at Mile 0, and then heads Southeast for about 5 blocks before heading back northeast. So the southernmost point of Hgwy 1 is actually around mile .5.
Wonder if it's possible to do a video, kind of a time lapse made of a photo of every mile marker on Highway 1, at least the first 100 or so+?
Yeah, couldn't believe the line at the Buoy to get pictures in the rain of it.....just thought it was kinda cool turning over the numbers right there......more snow to shovel...........ff

Well, I've only been to Florida once, back in August of '96 for a week long convention. And no motorcycle there at the time. No wonder I didn't recognize the place!
