I thought I saw posts about Non-kitted STPs available to civilians in the last model years where it wasn't possible before.

My opinion is it is a civilian purchase. I think that is the only way you can get the Honda Care extended warranty.

Here is mine on the showroom floor the day I picked it up. Got it for the advertised price of $7,995 in Conroe, Tx:

With the way the "rack" is set up with those front bolts and the end ones missing, that would be a good question!

If I had "playing" money, I'd be tempted!

Those longer bolts are what came stock and are required for the radio shroud cover. I had to buy the correct bolts when I removed mine, but I did ride around with the longer ones for a bit.

Your battery had either died and was replaced, or they forgot to reset the clock, which flips to 0130 when the battery goes flat

That's a STeal. I see yours lacked the rear seat on the showroom floor. That means the one in the OP has been probably been swapped out. I've seen here that new subframes have been installed for that purpose. I didn't know they could be cut to add the pillion portion. As you removed the shroud I assume you replaced it with a pillion platform?

Exactly! And that is what I was referring to. The fact that those bolts are still there and he doesn't have the "proper bolts" for a non ST1300P!
