Goldwing throne on an st?

Hello everyone,
Proud owner of a 2015 st1300A paneuropean, in mint condition.
Bought the bike mainly for trips with my wife, and although it's comfortable,
I can't stop thinking of what it would be like to mod the goldwing backrest/case combo instead of its own.
Would anyone have any idea where I could even start looking for something like this?

It's always a matter of personal taste, ...and determination I suppose.
Personally, I think it would destroy the nice lines of the "now, THAT is a motorcycle!" lines and appearance of the 1300. YRMV.
There are backrests available for seats, stock and custom, for the 1300 which are much more style-and-intent-appropriate, but you may have to search and spend. If your wife needs or desires a backrest, a better choice - again, my view - would be to find a tail trunk / top box with a cushion / backrest on it.
GoldWing vs. ST1300... two different bikes. Not the same. So trying to make them the same will ruin both.

I’m actually of this mindset as trying to make one into the other may prove costly and you may not get the effect you want. Is it an armrest thing? My wife really doesn’t ride with me these days as I think she feels a little uneasy without armrests (I guess it gives a sense of security for her). Are there any armrests kits that would work? A Russel Day Long seat that’s more comfortable for the Mrs?
