Monday, Monday Coffee!

We managed to get out for a trip looking for critters last evening!
We saw a bear, 4 deer, 2 porcupines, a Coyote, numerous Sandhill Cranes and Turkeys
I think that you're making that up. During the whole 7 or 8 days that my wife spent in your neck of the woods last week trekking the Bruce Trail she saw one grouse. That's it, one grouse!!

That is good, if they didn’t have to deal with a mother bear confrontation, that is a win in my books!

This year we have only seen 2 bears (on different days!) There is disappointment on our part, but that is how the cookie crumbles!

BTW
Miss Judy thinks leaving that last section of trail until November might be asking for nasty weather!
But then again it may be just fine! Only time will tell!

Disclaimer
We actually go looking purposely, starting at sundown. Sometimes we see only a few animals, that night was our best to date, we both still remark on how awesome that evening was!

It all depends on the weather!
I would search the weather for Northern Bruce Peninsula ahead of time!
Plan around what the weather guessers predict!

I’m headed up north moose hunting about thanksgiving, I should be back here about the 27th or so.
Cell coverage is terrible near Caramat, where I hunt, usable while I’m back at camp.
So, sorry, I may not be of any help to them.
If they do have trouble, they can try calling & I’ll see if I can hook them up with help!
Regards
Brian
