My question is can I put it in neutral with the bike moving? I always coast across my driveway and up to my shed but having the DCT in gear is messing with me!

Nope. But you can walk the DCT in gear at about 1 mph and it won't stall

Ok rode down to my local shop that just got one in and sat on the one they have. Very pretty bike. It's sold now..... but not to me. It's as I had feared, waaay too tall for me. I could just get the tips of my toes to touch on each side.

A truly beautiful example of a UJM. The UJM style is iconic and my favorite design category. Cafe is my second favorite as it's an iteration easily realized from a UMJ. A nod to Brit and Italian iterations as well. Geese I'm Old.
