Good morning everyone

There's a pot of Black Rifle Just Black coffee waiting for you. Pour yourself a cup, find a comfortable perch, sit back, relax for a spell, and enjoy the start of the weekend. Here in the States it's a long one, as Monday is Memorial Day and most of the country has the day off.

It's 49°F and supposedly clear, but I've not been outside to personally confirm the accuracy of the report. Mostly sunny and a high of 67 are expected- definitely on the cool side of what's normal for this point in the year, around here.

There's nothing on my agenda for the day; that may be what I do.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

Thank you Keith. Currently 46 degrees and raining here in central NY heading to 53 with the rain continuing on during the day. Had plans to work outside but I will find something else to do in the garage. Have a nice day all and be safe out there. Later!

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee start, Keith.

It's 47, going to 57, with partly cloudy skies.

Yesterday's Porsche day worked out pretty well, although I got cold-soaked and wet as the day went on.

Today, I've opted for my fleece-lined jeans, and all the layers up top that I wore yesterday.

We're also awaiting news on our latest grandson. Joe sent a text yesterday morning that things had started, but no more. We thought that our Daughter-in-Law Megan's delivery had started, but they may have gone in so she could be induced, like for her first. Time will tell...

Enjoy the day,
Steve

good morning all. thanks Keith for the coffee. 71F on the dog walk with a 50/50 sky and clouds to enjoy as we walked. no moon. might have been to early for him to be up. or he might have all ready passed by.
last week I dropped off 3 kitchen knives at Ace Hardware to be sharpened and they are ready to pick up. so I got one run to do this morning and Chinese tonight with SIL/BIL . so what's in the middle of the day is yet to be planed. the high should see 93F enjoy the day.

stay safe

Thanks Keith!
About 43F here this morning under cloudy skies, possibly heading to 52F while retaining the clouds. I swear if I get hit with another raindrop I'll spout gills.

I'm heading to town later to visit a gun show. I may be getting jaded but I expect to see several tables of old parts with a bunch of people looking feverishly for a left handed full length thingy for a rare model "7" without an oil slot - and - more tables full of stuff that has been handled at the last 5 shows and priced nearly twice what the local shop is asking! Oh well, it will be a couple hours distraction.

Hopefully this afternoon I'll be able to mow the hayfield that my lawn has become and start staging lawn furniture for the Memorial Day cookout, and there might even be time for a grocery run for cookout supplies.

Be safe, be careful and live the day to the fullest.

Scott

Good morning, and thanks for the coffee, Keith!

Rain. Again. Still. I'm beginning to forget what sunshine looks like. It's currently 7°C/45°F and overcast, and the high will be 11°C/52°F. The rain will start falling sometime around mid-morning, and then we'll be down (or wet) for the count.

Everyone have a good one, stay safe and go safely.

Patty

Excellent choice, Keith! My BR-JB is dripping through a we speak, so if y'all like it, i have more of the same, should he run out.
Congratulations, Steve, on your new grand. Most people I know are thrilled to add to their collection of childrens' children.
I agree with Scott's observation of overpriced gun shows, but bargains can be found. That's often where I find my knives, but you have to sort through some junk sometimes, much like a neighborhood garage sale.
Heading to the 80s today, with storms rolling in tonight that will stay with us through the weekend, "they" say.
Will be investigating spark and coils on the 'Deere today. I'll have to set aside my annoyance at the yard machine, with less than 30 hours running time.
But first -- more coffee!
And I'm not going into the office Monday.

Crap, it's Morning? Who's idea was this? :censored:

Well the mind squirrels are at it. I think I got 4 hours last night before Chris woke me up around 5AM to tell me my legs were jumping all over. When she does that, every time I move I'm worried that I'm keeping her up, off to the couch I went, but, no luck. I can't get back to sleep! :censored::censored::censored::censored::censored::censored::censored::censored:

Morning Keith & All from overcast skies in Southern Utah!

Currently it is 59F and will get to 79F. I'm thinking, maybe a shower? Won't know though until I see it on the ground! No breeze right now, but later, we could see the winds out of the SW @ 15 to 25mph.

I'll be continuing to get things ready for our trip, on Tuesday. I need to collect some tools and I also need to put my motorcycle gear in my gear bag, so I can take it with me.

No food/drink yet, and I'm sure Chris won't be awake for the next hour. But Pepsi(s) will happen at some point!

Anyone :bk13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:

Good morning, everyone. Thanks for the coffee, Keith.

Congratulations, Steve!

@Sadlsor You’re not showing the mower who’s boss. Yesterday, I dug out the pull-behind mower and coupled it to the 4-wheeler. Added gas, removed wasp’s nest from air filter, and gave it one shot of starting fluid. After sitting uncovered for 3 years, the 10.5 HP B&S started on the 2nd pull.

Looks bad, runs great

I’m glad this box turtle kept his head down as I mowed the knee-high weeds from over the top of him. I found 2 more, with no causalities.

Y’all have a great weekend,

Get @TipSTer to come down for a few days. He'll make it look great and probably find ways to make it an even better tool. It's what he does, after all...

Good Morning, Disagree with my phone saying Cloudy but I see Sunny with scattered clouds.11 C high of 21 C at 4 pm. Thanks Keith for coffee and congrats to Steve and family, on the birth of Oliver. Need more coffee to think of what I need to do today. Got out for a ride yesterday, went to Princess Auto and Wendy's for lunch. Time for a refill of coffee, y'all have a good day, G
