Came home with this showing on the odometer tonight!

I was .7 of a mile from home when I noticed it. I thought for sure it would turn over before I got home, but it didn't! :D

Geez, I'd love to see that 73 degrees around here.....PMS'd to the max...........................:(

Don't let that fool you, it was only 71F...the bike sitting while I pulled out my phone to take the picture, warmed things up a little...

I stopped at a light once and was fascinated because I had all 10 digits showing once each (0-9) on the main odo and the tripmeter. Thought for the next 20 miles about when that would happen again.......gave up-too much math.

I like to catch the prime numbers, but over time they get harder and harder to spot.

Just kidding. I did once just happen to glance down and catch 55555.5. I expect the pattern must have registered subconsciously and caused me to look down.

Cool... It'll be a long time before I get to that number! Being back in a flying position doesn't leave much time for road trips...

Well, if SOME folks would keep the feet on the ground a bit more, maybe you could get in more rides! LOL

Khris, my wife and I will be up in the old gold country (Pioneer, CA), May 17th thru 19th for a group ride (SabMag) on Saturday the 18th, along with a BBQ afterwards. Let me know if you can make it and I'll send you the directions.

I got lucky when I I noticed 123456.7 approaching on my Expedition a couple of years ago, ~1/2 block from my house while headed home. Didn't have a camera with me at the time - except the one in my cell phone. Pulled over to the curb and took several shots of it until I got one that was legible.

Aren't Cellphones great! Before they came out, how many carried a camera around with them all the time?:think1:

NOT my bike, but in attendance at the VT RTE yesterday was Alex with his 1100....

He says its been totaled and rebuilt 4 times. It is pristine... I am guessing he has spent enough $ on new plastics for it over the years to have bought the bike 4 times.

I hope my 1100 odometer looks like that someday!
